We try and take orders to the post office once every Thursday (sometimes more or less depending on orders). Once shipped most domestic orders take 2-10 days for the USPS to get to your door (depending on the efficiency of your local postal service). Internationally is a whole different story (around 2-8 weeks) since the order has to deal with customs. We ship United States Postal Service. If you have any questions, or think its taken too long hit us up at mail@simplestereo.com and well try and help you out.
All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination county. Please understand it may take up to 2-4 weeks to receive your package. We have received some returned orders because the recipient (you) did not pay the customs fees.
Simple Stereo is responsible for sending out your order, but we have no control over what happens to your package once it is dropped off at the post office. We will work with you to try to find any lost packages but we can not be held responsible for any mistakes by the postal service.
